Breathe Easy Tea
Our Breathe Easy Tea is crafted to support the lungs and throat during cold and flu season. It uses four respiratory herbs that work well together when congestion, coughing, or throat discomfort show up.
Mullein helps loosen and move stubborn mucus and is especially helpful for dry, lingering coughs. Sage supports the throat while helping reduce excess mucus. Thyme supports overall respiratory function and has traditionally been used when the body is fighting off illness. Peppermint helps open the airways, thin secretions, and brings a cooling relief that makes breathing feel easier.
Our products are handmade in small batches in our apothecary storefront. We work hard to provide non toxic, healing products that our clients can rely on. This tea comes in a 1.5oz bag which provides multiple servings.
Use: Steep 1tbsp of loose tea in 8oz of hot water. Let sit covered for 5-10 minutes.
